When Danish metal artist King Diamond went out on the 1986 “Fatal Portrait Tour,” he brought on board a newer metal band with only one record under their belts at the time - Megadeth. Nbd. 
The tour made its way to Metro on August 1, 1986 marking the first Metro show for King Diamond and the second for openers, Megadeth. Talk about an epic metal show of the 1980s. Pictured above is our original show card and below is King Diamond’s partial (sorry, that’s all we could come up with) set list from the show.
